Public Comments: None
Reports from MOBAC Committees:
Administration Council- (Inga) OCLC membership has gone up 5%–MPL & PGPL moving from OCLC to SkyRiver. MOBAC starting a new strategic plan. Monterey Aquarium Library has closed. PLP/MOBAC subsidizes $13,000 in membership dues. We will be staying with current delivery schedule & it will be paid in full. Looking for ways to fund better communication & delivery between PLP/MOBAC libraries. Tech committee has requested $200 from PLP.
Technology – (Deborah S.) 20 attended the “Digital Collections” workshop which was videotaped and received great feedback/evaluations. Santa Cruz PL is in process of unifying a local history project.
ILL- (Jean) Committee  is in process of updating the manual. Irma Fink (NPS) is the new chair.
SPLAMBA- (Inga) VOYA article on gender. Summer reading. Honored Lisa Maddalena for 30 years as a children’s librarian.

Old Business:
* ipad evaluations postponed until Heather can be present
* planning workshop “Beyond the Hash-marks”- proofread and updated Laura’s flyer, allocated the time for each speaker, Deborah R. will bring nametags, sign-in sheet, refreshments and evaluations, Jean will MC & keep time. Workshop 9 A.M. -12 with refreshments at 8:30 A.M.
* Brown Act Update- still waiting on an answer from Admin Council on question on what constitutes a quorum.

New Business:
* Watch video & have hands-on experience for setting up the video equipment and tips on taping an event or workshop. Note that you must have the speakers sign a waiver for being videotaped.
