  1. Admin Council report

-Kristen went to Admin Council on June 10th at the Marina Library.  Good comments on workshop.  Securing passwords questions, email tech chair for Zoom, should we have people sign permission before posting to Youtube.  Deborah said release forms sent to Donna Truong at PLS.  The form is on the MOBAC website.  All presenters should sign the form.  Audience see a sign that is posted to warn them that the workshop is being recorded. If they have an issue they need to talk to presenters.   How secure is ZOOM?  Everyone is come back as highly positive.   It is a public meeting so it should not matter if it is hacked or not or if someone over hears it.  Fine for committee meetings but not for interviews.  It is a HTTP site, so it is a secure site.  They have a white paper for security.  Talked about updating them that is it secure.  Deborah found white paper we will post to the agenda.  KOHA user conference, for $20 when August 3-6th, 2016.
