- Borrowing privileges: Current MIIS students, faculty & staff. Current DLI faculty, staff, and students can get a card to borrow materials if they bring a letter from their librarian. NPS faculty, staff, and students can get a card to borrow materials if they show their Dudley Knox Library card to our staff. Public may pay an annual fee of $50 for a library card to borrow library materials.
