4. Admin Council report:
Kristen attended last meeting in Marina. PLP will manage MOBAC website. Wendy Cao is the contact person.
There are two login info to edit contents: Website login and WordPress login. Username: (redacted) Password: (redacted)
Kristen announced the April workshop date and location to the Admin Council but, she did not mention the title because was not sure if it’s already finalized.
5. Workshop discussion:
Flyer for workshop and RSVP for headcount – Kristen volunteer to handle RSVP.
Everyone is okay with title (Lock the barn while you still have a horse), as long as there is a descriptive subtitle. Subtitle: Cybersecurity Workshop
Google Analytics and Security – Type of security topic: best practices for password management in professional and personal; best practices for applications, servers, users, and policies; ransomware issue;
Bulleted list of topics on flyer (Google analytics, cyber security, etc.)
Food/coffee reimbursement contact Donna Truong. Estimate for 20-30 people. Katie will get food, utensils, and water. Stacy will get coffee.
Steve will bring the video camera. Deborah can be backup.
