The October 10, 2014 meeting was held at Monterey County Free Libraries, Marina Branch and chaired by Uhlinger.

  1. Agenda: Adopted (Landers/Addleman).
  1. Minutes: June 13, 2014 approved (Landers/Romero).
  1. PLP Update: The next PLP meeting will be at end of October. PLP needs new Chair/President since John Alita has accepted a director positon outside the Bay Area. PLP membership for FY 14/15 will be reviewed.

  1. All committees gave their annual reports.
  1. Cowell met the new State Librarian, Greg Lucas, and invited him to the MOBAC February meeting at UCSC. Meeting schedule needs to update since location for December and February will be changed.
  1.    MOBAC Chair: Uhlinger welcomed Elizabeth Cowell, Library Director at UCSC. MOBAC is pleased that Santa Cruz City/County Librarys ’ILL program is reinstated.
  1. News was shared by libraries attending.
