Council: Eleanor Uhlinger (NPS), Georg Romero (CAB), Teresa Landers (SCPL), Carol Heitzig (WAT), Kathleen Hanselmann (DLI), Bill Michael (MPL), Janet Bombard (HML), Peter Liu (MIIS)

Others:  Irma Fink (NPS), Donna Truong (MOBAC), Ashlee Wright (HML), Kris Amaral (SAL), Chris Ricker (MCFL),Toni Notar (WAT)

Proxies:  Liu for HCL and PG, Ricker for MCFL.

 

The August 8, 2014 meeting was held at Watsonville Public Library and chaired by Uhlinger.

1.         Agenda: Adopted (Romero/Liu).

2.         Minutes: June 13, 2014 approved as corrected (Romero/Landers).

3.         PLP Update: Innovation grant application is out. All CLSA systems received additional funding this year. It was recommended that the additionals  fund will be distributed to all public library members for bandwidth, communication and ILL costs.

6.     MOBAC Chair: Uhlinger reported that the Literacy Campaign is on hold at the moment.     Committees will update MOBAC website with current Council members and Committee Chairs.
